Functions for any type of Parties & Fund-raisers

If you're planning a birthday, office party, social club outing or want to raise money for any type of cause, Darwin Indoor Beach Volleyball is the ideal place to have your function or fund-raiser. Because we are not open on the weekends for normal competition, the centre and its facilities is available for group bookings at very affordable prices.

If you are fund-raising, the centre is the perfect environment with tried and proven activities that will help you with your cause. Enquire now for more details.

We will also be happy to work out structured round-robin games for your teams at no extra charge. Trophies and medals can be organised for a small extra fee.

Whether your group wants to play normal indoor beach volleyball, “BLIND” volleyball (where the centre net is covered in black plastic so you can't see the team on the other side), or our new “GLOW IN THE DARK” volleyball, the only decision you have to make is which one of these exciting volleyball formats you want to experience!!!

Please note that at the time of the booking, a confirmation fax will be sent to you and a $110 deposit will need to be paid at least 7 days prior to your function. The deposit will then be deducted from the fees.

A cancellation fee of $110 will be charged if you cancel the booking within 7 days of the proposed function.

We have two options that you can choose from. We offer either hire of the centre, or you can tailor your own package from our venue fees and delicious food selections made by our social club.

Also, please be aware that you participate in this game at your own risk. Management accepts no responsibility in relation to any injuries sustained by any player or their guests whilst at the centre.

1. HIRE OF THE CENTRE

$11 PER HOUR PER PERSON

(Minimum 10 people)

VENUE FEES INCLUDE GST

Rates include exclusive use of the centre, court hire and free use of the BBQ.

Experienced umpires can be arranged for an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to our licensing laws, we cannot allow BYO drinks. We have a fully stocked bar with a wide range of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, chips and chocolates at your disposal for purchase. If you require a specific beverage, please let us know at the time of the booking.

2. TAILOR YOUR OWN PACKAGE

Alternatively, you can choose how long you want to stay with our affordable venue fees in conjunction with one of the set menus (available upon request). For this package deal, you must choose one venue fee and catering.

Again, we will be happy to structure round-robin games for your teams at no extra charge. Trophies and medals can be organised for a small extra fee.

$25 PER PERSON (UP TO 6 HOURS) + Catering

We can arrange catering to suit any budget, from finger food to full buffet. Please specify at time of booking what sort of catering you will require. Details of specific menus can be faxed to you upon request.
